My pit bull Nicholas loves this place and so do I!! The Owners and Staff are very attentive to their Boarders. Although I miss him when he's there but I know that he is in good hands. I highly recommend anyone that needs to board their pets to do so at Animal Resort and Spa!!! Barbara M

Animal Resort & Spa is the only place I will board my dogs. Bruce and Heike are always so wonderful and helpful. My dogs have to take medications and aren't the nicest with other dogs and I've never had a problem. I refuse to crate my dogs when boarding them and the suites are awesome. I would like to commend the whole staff for all the love and care given to Petey and Laz. We have been going there 3 years it has been wonderful. We have a rescued Boston Terrier who is afraid of everyone,except 3 people. Although she gets tense these wonderful people are so patient with her. And my husband and I see a difference in her. She is more social and self confident. Patti Beard

This facility is awesome!!!! My dog had not been boarded before and he did great! Heike and Bruce really went the extra mile and helped me out big time. My dog loved it there and made some friends. He is very skittish at times but he did great. I would recommend them to everyone who has pets. They are the nicest people I have met in a long time. We love you guys!! Kelly O'Donnell

By far this is the best place to board your pets. We have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and they are fussy!!! Both were calm, happy and healthy (they take meds) when we picked them up after a 9 day stay! Wonderful staff and really nice luxury rooms plus clean runs. I highly recommend Animal Resort & Spa. We put our little rescue Chihuahuas Milli & Lilli into Animal Resort & Spa for the first time last month. We were so pleased with their care and the kindness shown to them by Heike & the "crew" at the spa. They played daily and even got a nice bath before coming home. We got stuck in Atlanta for a day and we were able to extend their stay for another day, so we didn't have to worry about them at all. This spa came very highly recommended to us by our neighbor and we can now also recommend Animal Resort and Spa as a wonderful place for your "children" to be in your absence! Over many years, my personal dogs and my foster dogs have found a home away from home with Animal Resort & Spa. Whether boarding for a business trip or a mental health day or just a Spa day for the dogs, I have no hesitation about leaving my pack with Heike and Bruce. They are there for the dogs (and I know, other pets as well). With my turnover as foster dogs get adopted and new ones come in, Heike still keeps up with the ever changing pack. I have a special needs dog (blind) right now, and I know he needs extra attention. I do not worry about him when I leave him tecause I know they are "seeing" for him. Ellen Hatcher

I've never boarded a pet before, but life circumstances change and we recently got a new Golden Retriever puppy. We had to go out of town for a few weekends for weddings and couldn't leave our puppy at home or fly her with us. I did some research around Savannah and visited a few facilities and decided on Animal Resort and Spa. I couldn't have been happier with my choice. Even just the second time we brought her to be boarded, Heike remembered our puppy and commented on how big she had gotten. When we pick her up, Heike talks about our puppy's temperament and her playing with other dogs, which is absolutely great to hear. You can tell that Animal Resort and Spa really cares about animals - as someone who was extremely hesitant to board his dog, I can't recommend them highly enough. Brian L.

I have 2 energetic dogs and I have boarded with Animal resort & spa several times. I know here that my dogs aren't just another pet that will be neglected. Everytime I call about my dogs the owners know exactly who I am and who my dogs are. When my dogs leave they look like they have had a fun time, they are usually a 'good' exhausted. I drive over 50 miles to use this facility because there are none other like it in the area. I highly recommend Animal Resort & Spa. Ash Thomas
