WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A $25 RESERVATION DEPOSIT. FULL PAYMENT FOR BOARDING RESERVATIONS ARE DUE AT TIME OF CHECK IN! IF YOU PICK UP EARLIER THAN YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE DATE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION! NO REFUND OR CREDIT!

CURRENT VACCINE RECORDS MUST BE PROVIDED AT LEAST 48HRS PRIOR TO CHECK IN! NO RECORDS- NO RESERVATION!

Cancellations for boarding or daycare have to made at least 48hrs in advance! We staff our facility due to pet occupancy.This will insure that our facility is properly staffed and we can fit in the next client's pet on our waiting list.

 NO SHOWS- NO CALLS will be charged for original reservation!   

 WE WILL MAKE EXCEPTION DUE TO EMERGENCY ONLY!  

Holiday boarding, prepayment is required for all holiday boarding at time of confirmation of reservations! All holiday boarding has to be confirmed 10 days prior to arrival!!  NO EXCEPTIONS!!  

Owner has to provide current vaccination record for every pet entering our facility in advance. All pets need to be at least 4 months old in order to stay with us. We will reserve the right to refuse boarding unaltered male or female dogs.  

Annual DHLP(DHPP),Rabies,Bordatella for dogs. (Annual Bordatella vaccine for dogs has to be administered at least 3 days prior to boarding- sorry, no exceptions).

Annual FVRCP and Rabies are the required vaccines for cats. 

We reserve the right to refuse your pet or pets if no proof of current vaccines are provided prior to check in date.  

We require your pet(s) to be flea free and recommend to have your pet on Flea and Heartworm prevention. 

Due to high demand for boarding during the holiday and vacation season, please give us a courtesy call,if you need to change or cancel your appointment or reservation.   

All reservations during major holidays have to be confirmed 10 days prior to boarding and prepaid.

 NO CONFIRMATION- NO RESERVATION!!

Major holidays: New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,Thanksgiving,Christmas.  

Pets that are not picked up at scheduled departure date and owner does not call to extend stay,will be considered abandoned. Abandoned animal will be released to Animal Control. Our Collection Agency will collect the outstanding balance.
